Consent and Agreement * Terms and Conditions for Ushauri Tech's Annual CSR Initiative
1. Scope of Offer
Ushauri Tech's CSR initiative is limited to the provision of a free landing page build for selected businesses and non-profits. Any additional services or features beyond the landing page may be available at Ushauri Tech's standard pricing.
2. Recurring Fees
Selected organizations will be responsible for an annual recurring fee of KES 10,500 to cover managed hosting and domain fees associated with the landing page.
3. Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must be businesses or non-profits that currently do not have a website and would benefit from an improved digital presence. Priority will be given to those that demonstrate potential for social impact.
4. Application Process
All applications must be submitted within the designated application period. Late submissions will not be considered.
5. Selection Process
Applications will be reviewed by a selection committee based on predefined criteria, including impact potential, stage of development, and need for a digital presence. Awardees will be notified via email.
6. Ownership and Rights
Upon completion of the landing page, the awarded organization will own the content and design of the page. However, Ushauri Tech retains the right to use the project for promotional purposes, including case studies and marketing materials.
7. Limitations of Liability
Ushauri Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the landing page.
8. Changes and Maintenance
The landing page will be delivered as a final product. Any future modifications, updates, or additional features requested by the awarded organization will be subject to Ushauri Tech’s standard pricing and service terms.
9. Amendments
Ushauri Tech reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Applicants will be notified of any significant changes that may affect their participation.
10. Agreement to Terms
By submitting an application, organizations agree to abide by these terms and conditions as well as any additional guidelines provided during the application process.
11. Termination of Participation
Ushauri Tech reserves the right to withdraw or terminate an organization's participation in the initiative if it is determined that the organization provided false information during the application process or violated any agreed-upon terms.
